Demographic data can be entered into the software either by manual keying or by importing from a third party source such as an Employee Database, Records Management or Jail Management system. All data is automatically checked for accuracy.
inVize ID supports three separate scanning modes: live scan, individual fingerprint cards, and batch fingerprint cards. Switching between these modes is simple and all scanners can be connected to your computer simultaneously. Instant feedback is provided on every scan, and image quality and sequence checks performed on every fingerprint.
Once fingerprints are scanned and demographic data is collected, information is electronically submitted for a background check. Records can be submitted individually or as a batch process. All records are automatically stored for later retrieval, verification, or reference.
