In addition to added protection, the cover also acts as shield for even better quality scans. This scanner weighs 3.6 lbs (1.63kg) and measures 4.75" x 5.9" x 6". Its ergonomic, heavy-duty handle makes it easy for carrying and mobile deployment. The scanner also features a four hole mounting plate for security.
